FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

We accept financial assistance from NMHC (WDTSP), CNMI Department of Labor (WIOA), SHEFA, CNMI Scholarship Office, Saipan Chamber of Commerce (Pellegrino Vocational Education Award), and other local scholarships. We also offer personalized payment plans.

The Grit & Grind Scholarship Program is offered by NMTech for new and ongoing students enrolled in trades.

Application period is from December 1st 2025 – January 31st 2026.

The Workforce Development Training Scholarship Program (WDTSP) from NMHC’s CDBG-DR program is offered by NMTech as an in-house scholarship for students enrolled in construction trades courses.

The Saipan Chamber of Commerce offers financial assistance to students seeking education at local vocational trades institutions. Available to Saipan residents only.
